Only Tower 200 allows pets but they must be under 10lbs

There is not an external property management company. The management office works directly for the POA. 

HOA fees at Water Glades include property management, maintenance of amenities (pools, tennis courts, fitness center), security, landscaping, and utilities for common areas. Detailed fee information is available upon request or during the application process.

Yes, renovations or modifications require compliance with HOA guidelines. You must obtain approval from property management before starting any work to ensure alignment with community standards.
